On January 11, 2020, the Director-General of the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) of Singapore, the Minister of State at the Prime Minister's Office, and the Minister for National Development witnessed the unveiling ceremony of Tsinghua Star Singapore as the 160th global base.
TusStar Singapore serves as a key node in TusStar's innovation ecosystem layout in Southeast Asia, bearing the mission of integrating innovation resources between China and SEA. The base has entered into a strategic partnership with IMDA, accelerating the globalization process of nearly 100 startups from China and Singapore. TusStar Singapore has established strategic collaborations with several cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Changsha, Jinan etc. as overseas workstations.
TUSHOLDINGS
TusHoldings was established in July 2000 and is the former Tsinghua University Science Park (TusPark) Development Center founded in August 1994. TusHoldings is an S&T investment holdings group established in reliance on Tsinghua University focusing on S&T services. It takes full responsibility for developing, constructing, operating, and managing TusPark, and it’s one of the first National Demonstration Enterprises in the modern service industry.
